شناسایی شاخص‌های مؤثر در استفاده از فناوری بلاکچین در زنجیره تأمین دارویی (با استفاده از روش فراترکیب سال‌های 2010-2022)

چکیده

مقدمه: داروهای تقلبی سالانه جان تعداد زیادی از مردم دنیا را می­گیرد. با ورود فناوری بلاکچین در زنجیره تأمین دارویی، مشکل اساسی این سیستم که وجود داروهای تقلبی می­باشد، حل می­شود. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی و شناسایی شاخص‌های مؤثر در استفاده از فناوری بلاکچین در زنجیره تأمین دارویی می­باشد.
روش پژوهش: در این مقاله از روش فراترکیب (Meta-synthesis) برای بررسی و شناسایی شاخص­های مؤثر در استفاده از بلاکچین در زنجیره تأمین دارویی استفاده شده است. فراترکیب یک روش پژوهش کیفی محسوب می­شود. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی پیشینه پژوهش است. در این راستا، ابتدا تعداد 7770 مقاله اولیه یافت شد که از این تعداد، پس از بررسی عناوین مرتبط، تعداد 102 مقاله باقیماند و بقیه حذف شدند. در مرحله بعد با بررسی چکیده مقالات 6 مقاله حذف و تعداد 96 مقاله باقی ماند. در نهایت با بررسی محتوای مقالات باقیمانده 89 مقاله انتخاب شد. روایی و پایایی بررسی و در پایان داده­ها در نرم­افزار  Excelوارد و میانگین درصد تأثیرشاخص­های بلاکچین در زنجیره تأمین دارویی از نظر نخبگان محاسبه شد.
یافته‌ها: با استفاده از مقالات انتخاب شده و نظر خبرگان، شش شاخص­ اصلی مؤثر در زنجیره تأمین دارویی به شرح ذیل بدست آمدند. قرارداد هوشمند، ساده­سازی معاملات بین­المللی، شناسایی، هماهنگی زنجیره تأمین، ردیابی و جلوگیری از تقلّب در صنایع دارویی، ذخیره دائمی و ایمن اطلاعات و متعادل­سازی فرایند قیمت­گذاری و کاهش هزینه­ها.
نتیجه‌گیری: در حال حاضر این فناوری به خاطر مزایای قابلیت ردیابی دارویی، شفافیت، ذخیره دائمی و امن اطلاعات، حذف واسطه­ها، کاهش هزینه و غیرقابل تغییر بودن اطلاعات بهترین گزینه برای استفاده در زنجیره تأمین دارویی می­باشد.
